We’re going to be using a really cool product called Conferences i/o that will allow you to easily poll the audience with questions that can help you learn about the audience; gauge their opinions and/or quiz them. Your poll questions can be easily embedded into your PowerPoint presentation so that the whole process is an easy, seamless experience. There are a number of benefits to the use of polling, which this Polling Benefits Guide will highlight.

Using any mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) attendees will be able to easily participate by going to a simple website at xxxxxx.cnf.io. This URL will be shared at the event so no one needs to memorize it.

The Conferences i/o app will also (optionally) allow attendees to submit questions and up-vote questions other attendees ask during Q&A, which can be really helpful during Q&A time so that the most popular questions can receive the highest priority.

When attendees visit the website noted above, they'll see a list of sessions sorted by date and time. After choosing the session to participate in, they can quickly use the ASK button to anonymously submit questions to speaker(s). From that same screen, poll questions will appear automatically when you (the presenter) are ready to poll them with an interesting question. Poll results will be displayed in real time on the projector screen.
