Requirements for displaying your event's Photostream at an event:

  • Dedicated computer or another device with a browser.
  • An external or built-in display, like a projector or monitor, that is attached to the dedicated computer.

Once you have your projection/monitor setup ready to go, simply load your event's URL into the computer's browser (you may need to open your confirmation email to find the link).

Best practices
  • Use full-screen or presentation mode in your browser, to maximize its display area.
  • Your EventLens Photostream will automatically resize to the height and width of the browser. If the display area changes (like if you switch to presentation mode in the browser), do a browser refresh to ensure that EventLens is appropriately sized. You can usually do a refresh from the keyboard with CTRL + R, or COMMAND + R.
