There are two different ways to view Ping data post event. Learn how to Export Your Data via XLS here.


To view your data via the Post-Event Report:


1. In the Event Dashboard, click 'Post-Event Report' under "Data"
2. View results average by Ping
3. Click the 'Download as Image' button to save the results
The results show the average of all guest experiences for the Ping on a scale of 1-3. 1 being the lowest (frown), 3 the highest (smile).
