An administrator can delete a Ping so that it is no longer sent out to guests. For example, maybe lunch was cancelled and there's no need to send out a Ping asking about lunch.
2. Under Tools & Options, click 'Remove Ping'.
3. Confirm Action to permanently delete the Ping.
