Event Managers have the ability to create different segments of guests for their event. This allows you to control which segments receive certain Pings. For example, the Pings that are sent to your attendees may be different than the Pings you want to send to exhibitors.



1. In Event Dashboard, click 'Manage Segments'

2. Click "Create a New Segment"

3. Name your segment

4. You can assign Guests to segments by manually editing their information, or by including their segment name in the "Segment" column of the bulk import spreadsheet
