Step One: Sign in to your account

Head to www.socialqa.com and click the sign-in button in the top right




Step Two: Understanding Your Account Dashboard

Once you sign-in you will be taken to your Account Dashboard which will provide you with information about your subscription and session. 



Step Three: Accessing Your Session

Your session is the space where all of the interaction with your attendees will take place. To access your session as a moderator, click on the "Go To Your Q&A Session" Button.




You can navigate between your Account Dashboard and Session Page at any time by using the tabs at the top of the page.




Step Four: Getting Attendees to Join Your Session

Your session is automatically assigned a 5 digit access code which attendees will need to know in order to join your session.

Your session access code can be found within your Q&A Session Settings page, as well as your account dashboard...



Tell your attendees to go to JoinQA.com on their mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) and to enter your session's access code.



Once they enter the access code they will join your event and can begin asking and voting for questions!
