The Quality Check is a key tool to scan for any problems on your ExperienceGuru event before launching it in a real setting. The results of the Quality Check will offer suggestions on how to improve what an administrator has already set up in the Event Dashboard.



Running the Quality Check


1. In the Event Dashboard, click 'Quality Check' near the top of the page

2. View the results of the Quality Check


Understanding the Results


Each topic (ie. Event Dates, Event Time Zone, Ping Branding etc.) will be appear with one of three colors. As seen in the image above: green means that this topic is set up correctly, yellow offers a suggestion to change, and red is a potential problem. 


If red or orange, the Quality Check gives you the ability to tap on the suggestion and easily navigate to correct that item.
